The cake is fruit and covered in marzipan, I'm not keen on the taste of fondant neither is my dad (who the cake was for) however we both love marzipan and it worked well with the Easter theme so I went with that. The patchwork cutters weren't too bad to use, a couple of bunny ears got a bit stretched out of shape but after a few attempts I got there.
One of the bunnies was based around a family pet which I later regretted as I had to cut into him not fun but tasty.
