21 Birthday Cake

This was the first true test of how valuable my airbrush is, best piece of kit any cake maker can own. I was asked to create a cake for a lads 21st birthday which had to be in the shape of 21  and be colourful. There was only one thing I had in mind and that was Paul Smith's logo colours. The colour combination doesn't match exactly with the logo but the customer loved it and that's the main thing.
