The cupcakes comprised of half Vanilla and half Orange Blossom & Chocolate drops. The main criteria was the colour theme of purple and cream but the flavour was left up to me.
I wanted to try something different with the decoration and had seen the rolled fondant cover in a magazine and new that would look nice alongside daisies and butterflies. To achieve the two toned butter cream I swirled through some purple gel colour and carefully transferred it to a piping bag with out mixing the colour too much. Once I'd piped the cream on each cake it was a case of putting purple daisies on cream cases and cream daisies on top of the purple cases.
